Bio

Kimberly Roberson is a “California-girl” who found her love for all things beauty and glamour at the young age of 11 years old. Her inspiration: Kimberly’s mother, Maria- a beauty maven in her own right, and her father, a talented hobby-artist where Kimberly and her father used to spend afternoons during her childhood, drawing and painting.

In 2002, Kimberly entered the beauty industry as a beauty sales consultant, she discovered her love for transforming and enhancing the beauty of others, thus set forth she pursued her career as a professional makeup artist.

Praised by industry professionals for her technique, creativity, and professionalism, Kimberly is motivated to provide the very best service for every project.

Kimberly has worked with nationally awarded photographer Anne Kitzman, among many others.

Kimberly’s clients include: Maxim Hometown Hottie Contestant Jessie Serbay, Wilhelmina Model “Rocket,” and Kimberly was the resident makeup artist at Skirt boutique in Oceanside, CA.

California projects include: Project Ethos Fashion Show in San Diego at Fluxx Night Club and Los Angeles Fashion Week, where Kimberly worked with Celebrity Makeup Artist Maria Rivera, and designers: Seth Aaron Henderson, Cardiwrap, Kristi Moon: Age of Aquarius, Kenneth Barlis, Keisha Audrey, Stacey May, Dominique Ansari, and Renata J.

Being new to the DC area, Kimberly has worked with Phoenix Bridal for their Spring Trunk Show 2011, The Washington Craft Show, and the USDA. Projects include commercial with Fame Visual Productions in collaboration with Let’s Move.Org/USDA featuring NFL St. Louis Quarterback Sam Bradford, and a documentary with Former UNICEF Director/USDA Secretary Ann Veneman. Additionally, her work will be featured on the upcoming February 2012 WOW! Magazine (Nigeria) with Bluloft Apparel.

Additionally, Kimberly strives to provide her clients with the best makeup and skin care products that are paraben-free, lead-free, and sulfate-free; while maintaining the professional quality of high-pigmentation and performance required for each individual makeup client or project. Each product in Kimberly's professional makeup kit is carefully researched, evaluated, tested, and respected by makeup and industry professionals.
